Our Beginnings
Bedër University College is administered by the "Hafiz Ali Korça" Foundation, a foundation established by the Islamic Community of Albania (KMSH) with the specific purpose of managing this higher education institution.
Bedër is a non-profit institution that aims to prepare the new generations in non-public higher education in Albania. This institution was founded as a non-profit entity and supports successful students who wish to continue their higher education at Bedër. A significant group of students benefit from the scholarship fund, which includes four types: excellence, social, motivation, and talent.
The goal of this institution is international profiling. This is an important regional step in higher education and scientific research. The internationalization of this institution results in several perspectives.
Bedër University College aims to consolidate an international profile, and the governing bodies believe that contributing to this direction is a significant step in transforming Tirana into a regional center for higher education and scientific research.
In recent years of activity, it has been possible to attract students from all Albanian-speaking regions in the region and diaspora, as well as from other countries. The international profile is also reflected in the composition of the academic staff and in the collaborations established through agreements with universities and companies in various countries around the world.
Mission
The mission of Bedër University College is to prepare qualified individuals through an educational philosophy based on universal values, as well as to support scientific research with the aim of implementing ideas and projects that contribute to improving human life and society as a whole.
Vision
The vision of Bedër is to be an elite higher education institution in the country and the region, becoming the first choice for education and scientific research for Albanians wherever they are.
Bedër University College aims to transform into an educational institution with an international character, offering study opportunities not only for Albanians but also for foreigners, contributing to the promotion of Albania as a regional center for higher education and scientific research.
