Through an effective and updated curriculum, this program aims to develop in students a profound understanding of computer science, integrating as much practical support as possible to achieve a high professional level.
Another goal of the program is to prepare professionally trained individuals for the job market, ready to face the conditions of a global open market in the field of computer science.
Additionally, the knowledge package provided by this program and the competencies students gain will enable them to pursue a research and academic career at a higher level, enhancing their professional status and achieving personal objectives.
In the near future, the program aims to be competitive with analogous programs offered by other universities, creating opportunities for our students to seek employment in companies, institutions, and agencies both within and outside the country. Within a few years, collaboration with European and other international universities is planned, which will create opportunities to follow the latest developments in computer science and their application in the country. This collaboration will be accompanied by stronger investments in laboratory infrastructure and the recruitment of highly qualified teaching staff. Another aim of the program will be to involve students in the establishment and operation of the Certification Center, which will focus on specialized training for students of this program, preparing them to compete for high-level positions in the national and regional job market.

The Master of Science in Computer Science program is a full-time study program with a duration of 2 academic years / 4 semesters. Students must complete 120 ECTS credits to graduate. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded a diploma: Master of Science in Computer Science. The language of instruction is Albanian.
