Overview

Bedër University College invites academic and administrative staff to apply for an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Job Shadowing opportunity at our partner institution, the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” (VEVU) in Vukovar, Croatia.

This mobility aims to foster inter-institutional collaboration, facilitate the exchange of best practices, and support professional development through observation and knowledge-sharing activities.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be currently employed at Bedër University College.

• Demonstrate that the proposed mobility is relevant to their professional role and contributes to the development of the institution.

• Possess sufficient English language proficiency to communicate and actively participate in activities at the host institution.

Application Process

Interested candidates are required to submit the following documents via email toiro@beder.edu.alno later than26 June 2026:

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)– Updated and highlighting professional experience and areas of interest.

2. Motivation Letter– Clearly outlining the learning objectives of the job shadowing experience, expected outcomes, and how the acquired knowledge will be implemented at Bedër University College.

3. Proposed Mobility Plan– A brief description of the activities, offices, or departments the applicant wishes to observe during the mobility period at VEVU.

Selection Criteria

Applications will be assessed based on:

• The relevance of the mobility to the applicant’s professional responsibilities.

• The clarity, feasibility, and potential impact of the proposed learning objectives.

• The contribution of the mobility to strengthening the partnership between Bedër University College and VEVU.

Financial Support

Selected participants will receive financial support through the Erasmus+ Programme. Funding covers travel expenses (calculated according to the EU distance calculator) and a daily subsistence allowance for the duration of the mobility.
